As the first point of contact for Romero & Levin Insurance Services, Greg is extremely knowledgeable in the ever-changing world of group benefits. He oversees all of the large and mid-sized groups and works closely with his experienced staff on the day-to-day operations of the client requirements.

With over 15 years of experience working closely with employers and their staff, his analytical skills and creative solutions are a cut above the rest. Having built close relationships with the top insurance companies, Greg is able to shop multiple carries and bring the best prices and benefit options to his clients. Melissa Levin

Melissa is a CFP with many years of experience in the financial services field. As a fully qualified financial advisor, she helps clients focus on the current needs and plan around their future, integrating professional strategies with the full range of services each client needs.

Melissa brings additional depth to the R&L team with her experience in Wealth Management, including both estate planning and business succession planning. Melissa will analyze your policies for life, health, disability and long term care, and work with you to develop an action plan that ensures your wealth is preserved and maximized for current and future generations.

Daniel Romero

Daniel Romero has been in the financial services industry since 1996; private practice since 1998. Daniel proudly holds the certificate of CFP® (Certified Financial Planer™) validating his credibility with the Board’s education, examination and experience requirements, and commitment to adhere to high standards of ethical conduct. Mr. Romero also holds the Certified Fund Specialist designation, conferred by the Institute of Business and Finance. Daniel is a licensed life, health, variable annuity and long term care insurance agent. He is our primary professional for financial planning and asset management.

Daniel graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Service and community play an important roll in Daniel’s life as well, as he is an active member in Toastmasters & other community organizations.

BECKY DECKER

Client Relationship Manager. Becky is the Client Relationship Manager for the life, disability, and long term care side of the firm. Her job is to serve as the liaison between the client and the insurance carriers to take care of the backend logistics and ensure policies are set in place. With 12 years experience, Becky is devoted to making sure our client's needs are met and their lives are made as easy as possible.
